Refund policy

Well-Kept, LLC Return Policy

1. Any defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
2. Remember to include your packing slip or invoice from the original order so we know who the return is from.
3. Return the product with shipping prepaid. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. All items must be in original packaging.
5. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please e-mail return tracking numbers to hello@staywellkept.com
6. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit.

3. Please specify for us: Requesting a refund or replacement product?
4. Customer e-mail address and phone number
